C-Tick self-conformity has to be brought up to ACMA (Australian Communications and Media Authority) by local company in Australia or New Zeeland to apply for SCN(Supplier Code No.). only the company with SCN can issue SDoC.

RCM (Regulatory Compliance Mark) represents Safety + EMC = self-declaration, it’s the trading mark owned by both supervisory institute in Australia and New Zealand, shows that the product meet both Safety and EMC requirements. It’s Voluntary. Before you apply for RCM, you have to get SAA cert. number (Supplier Code No., abbr. SCN。) first.
